This policy explains what personal data EdgeQuantX ("we", "us") collects through this website's waiting-list and contact forms, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It is written in good faith to reflect the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible for your data
EdgeQuantX is the data controller for the information you submit here. For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@edgequantx.com.
What we collect and why
- Waiting list: your name, email address, and any trading interests you choose to share. We use these solely to contact you about EdgeQuantX early access.
- Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write, used solely to reply to your enquiry.
- Technical data: for each submission we also store the time, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. This is kept only to prevent spam and abuse of the forms.
Lawful basis
We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting a form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see "Your rights" below); withdrawing it does not affect processing that already took place.
Who we share it with
No one. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. Your submissions are stored on our own infrastructure and used only for the purposes described above.
How long we keep it
- Waiting-list entries: kept until EdgeQuantX launches plus a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or anonymised.
- Contact messages: kept for up to 12 months after we've handled your enquiry.
Cookies & tracking
This marketing site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking scripts. The forms work without storing anything in your browser, so there's no cookie banner to click through.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Submissions are sent over the same secure connection to our application server and stored on infrastructure we control.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@edgequantx.com and we'll action your request.
